It was really embarrassing when a friend fell asleep on the phone while I was on the other line. I must be really boring. Haha and we both know we're caught up with the past so we can never be bitter enough to talk about it. It sucks, right.
In one of our conversations, he asked: Would you go for the one that you're destined for or the one you like?
I was really proud to say that I would go for the one I like cause I want something (or someone) that I really worked for, and I would be scared to lose that. I don't like living things to FATE and to just go with the flow or wherever the waves will take me. Sometimes it's alright to go with the flow and let down our guards, as long as the moment is right but whatever comes my way, I'll take it. I'll take it the way I want it. I'll even go out of my way if I have to.

So I asked him the same, as usual, the famous line Bahala na. I will always give her a chance and its her choice to take it and make it big. I can never tell her "don't expect" cause what is the point in giving her a chance then turning her down at the same time. Pangit yun. No one has the right to tell that to anyone. No one. But if ever she comes back to me, I don't need any explanation from her, I'll just accept her with open arms and hug her. No questions asked. Hindi ko na siya papahirapan. I did everything already to win her back and she didn't respond, I'll leave it that way. I did my part already, enough na yon. Bahala na siya.
Well what can I say I like the way he thinks, he started with Bahala na and ended it with Bahala na. Tsk tsk, men...

That's sad if we don't even like the one we're destined for.
What I meant is that I believe that the person we're destined for and the person we like/love are one and the same. =]
Ahhh.. I believe otherwise, who knows if the person we're with now is the ONE for us if no work is done and ended up feeling nothing towards the person, right? hehe :)
