...and use the stairs.
for a month already I didn't ran out of excuses to stop working out.
1st week - laziness
2nd week - out of town, probably laziness too
3rd week - allergies and bad colds
4th week - monthly "hassle"
and just to get me started on working out again(next week), I'd rather use the stairs going up and down and walk some more. 5 story's not a bad start.
